๐Ÿ”„ Return Policy โ€“ โ€‹โ€‹Struggle

At Struggle , you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. This period begins on the day you physically receive the product.

We will only accept returns on items that are in their original, unworn, and resalable condition โ€” this means unused, with all original labels, tags, and (if applicable) packaging intact.

Exceptions

For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of underwear or swimwear if the packaging has been opened.

Promotions & Special Offers

If you participated in a promotion such as โ€œ First Order Free โ€ or a similar offer, returns are usually not allowed to ensure fairness for all participants.

For popular releases or drops, purchases made during the first few minutes of the launch are final . Returns are only possible in the event of a valid complaint or an error on our part . In such cases, Struggle's customer service reserves the right to offer an appropriate solution or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and approve your return package, we will refund the amount within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original order (Bancontact, credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Please note: If you have chosen a more expensive shipping option than our standard method, we will only refund the cost of standard shipping.

Undelivered or refused packages

By placing an order with Struggle you enter into a commercial agreement and agree to receive the package .

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information , an unreachable telephone number , or if you refuse delivery or do not collect it, the package will automatically be returned to our warehouse in Belgium at the customer's expense.

These costs (including return shipping and any customs or administration fees) will be deducted from the amount to be refunded .
